My name is Alexander Weinberg PE, and I am a practicing structural engineer who has worked on numerous large scale building projects in New York City. I also teach university courses in structural analysis and steel design, and I am licensed NYC sightseeing guide. 

I love the history of construction, how structural engineers designed buildings in different areas, and how those engineering solutions are still visible today. I’ve had the opportunity to work on renovations, repairs, and expansions of historic buildings, and I love talking about the historic innovations that made modern construction a reality.
